Privacy Policy

This page explains the core privacy posture for the early iTsLust web product, including what information supports onboarding, billing readiness, and future continuity features.

Effective date: March 29, 2026

Information the shell may collect

The product may collect information you provide during age-gate confirmation, onboarding, billing setup, support requests, and companion interactions once those flows exist.

The current product direction also preserves room for profile, preference, notification, and memory-related settings that support continuity and personalization.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the product, protect age-gated access, support subscriptions, deliver companion functionality, and maintain basic safety, integrity, and compliance posture.

We do not treat memory and personalization as hidden extras; when those capabilities deepen, they should remain tied to visible product settings and user controls.

Security and retention posture

Sensitive provider credentials and billing secrets are intended to stay server-side. Product data is retained only as needed for operation, compliance, support, and future continuity features.

As the product expands, deletion, review, and correction options should remain part of the memory and profile direction rather than an afterthought.
